Thomas Petuaud-Letang was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Iskraemeco Group in September 2024, bringing over 25 years of international leadership experience in the energy management, distribution, and manufacturing industries.

He has held various senior executive and general management roles with Saint Gobain and Schneider Electric, where he consistently drove growth, innovation, and operational excellence across multiple markets. Over the course of his career, he has led large organizations through transformation, launched numerous new products globally, and strengthened brand presence through digitalization and partner engagement.

Since assuming his role at Iskraemeco, Thomas has outlined a clear vision centered on four strategic pillars: accelerating innovation, strengthening core market presence, expanding into new business areas such as water, and digital platforms, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. His strong technical and analytical background reinforces his ability to deliver transformative growth and further establishes his reputation as a dynamic and results-driven leader.

Thomas holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Ecole Centrale Paris, part of Paris-Saclay University. In addition to his executive responsibilities, he also serves as an independent board member at Schréder, a leading global provider of smart outdoor lighting solutions and Manomano, a leading European DIY marketplace.
